Prescriptions

Prescriptions for regular, long-term medication can be obtained by :

  • Online
  • Requesting at reception
  • Writing and enclosing a stamped addressed envelope

Please note we do not take prescription requests over the telephone

If you have a computer-generated order form (repeat slip) please tick the boxes next to the medication required before handing to the receptionist.

Please allow 2 working days for your prescriptions to be prepared.

Medication Reviews

The doctors regularly review patients who are on long-term medication and it may be that he/she will want to see you before your next prescription. If this is the case, the receptionist will let you know when you collect your current prescription.

If your repeat prescription has not changed for a year, it may be possible for you to transfer onto the 6-monthly repeat drugs scheme. This means that prescriptions for 6 months will be printed for you to take to the chemist of your choice.

If you feel you are due a medication review, please complete our form.
